Pilot Production & Validation

The Pilot Production phase is the final stage before commercial manufacturing. Because Gems understands manufacturing, we understand how to design for manufacturability. Our objectives are a smooth transition to manufacturing, and to verify project goals – quality, delivery and cost targets – are met.

Validation and FAIs are performed on each part and assemblies to assure that the design specifications have been met. When you're ready, a Phase End Review finalizes the documentation package and authorizes transfer to commercial manufacturing.
